Balugaon N.A.C. was formed as N.A.C. on Dt.10.09.1982. This N.A.C. is determined to provide basic services like Sanitation, Water Supply, Street Light facilities, Road and Drain. This N.A.C. tries to make slum free city in near future. For more urbanization, we have led for planned & inclusive growth with emphasis on urban reforms having access to provision of minimum bar necessities of life such as drinking water & sanitation. Also to make this town more beautification & free from pollution, it has planned for more urban greenery.
