Balugaon N.A.C. promised the urban poor to provide sanitary service, Water supply, streetlight facilities, road and drain. Different Training program are provided for empowerment of citizens under NULM. Individual loans & Group loans are provided to SHGs for up gradation of people of below poverty line. Though we have limited resources, still we are committed to meet all requirements of citizen and expect all co-operations of our inhabitants
